Information You Provide To Us. Types of personal information we collect when you provide it to us include:

2. HOW SAGICOR COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION
2.1. Access and/or Registration
You may access the Content either by signing up and subscribing to the SAGE Network Properties as a subscriber or as a Guest, Sagicor may require certain Personal Information to create an individual account (“Account”) or to enable features or functionality of the SAGE Network Properties. Failure to provide all required information required by Sagicor may prevent access to any or all SAGE Network Properties, and failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of access to any or all SAGE Network Properties.
2.2 Collection of Information from Websites
While you are able to visit the Site and remain anonymous, Sagicor or its third-party service providers may still collect information about your use of the SAGE Network Properties (e.g. your Internet browser, operating system, IP address, connection speed, and the domain name of your Internet service provider). Such information may be gathered by the following methods:
IP Address. You may visit many areas of the SAGE Network Site anonymously without the need to become a registered User. Even in such cases, SAGE Network may collect IP addresses automatically. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you begin Services with an Internet services provider. Each time you access the SAGE Network Site and each time you request one of SAGE Network’s pages, the server logs your IP address.
Usage Tracking. We track user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension) type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).
3. HOW SAGICOR USES YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 How is Your Data Used
We use the above data for the following purposes:
To confirm your identity;
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
To manage risk and prevent fraud;
To tailor our products and services to you;
To communicate with you;
To assess and analyze usage of our products and services;
To carry out market research and market products and services to you;
To derive statistical data, trends and analysis which we may provide to third parties;
To process claims and transactions; and
To augment and update existing information.
In addition to the above, we may also share your information with the following third parties for the following reasons:
With our affiliated companies to manage risk including anti-money laundering, combatting fraud and the prevention of the financing of terrorism as well as to allow them to market products and services to you;
With third party service providers to provide products and services to you or to Sagicor;
With law enforcement agencies, the Court and third parties to satisfy lawful information requests;
With your employer or plan sponsor as needed to support the administration of employee benefits where applicable;
To prospective transferees in connection with the sale or merger of all or part of our business.
3.2 System Administration
Sagicor may use information for the purposes of system administration, assisting in diagnosing problems with servers, monitoring the Site’s system performance and traffic on the SAGE Network Properties and to gather broad demographic information about SAGE Network Site Users.
3.3 Notices to Registered Users
If you have registered for an Account, Sagicor may use your Personal Information to send emails regarding your registration, including confirmation to verify the accuracy of any information you have provided. Sagicor may also send you emails to verify your identity or to notify you if Sagicor believes your use of SAGE Network Properties violates any applicable agreement for the use of the SAGE Network Properties.
3.4 Contact Information
If you contact Sagicor by telephone, email, or letter, Sagicor may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence. If you report a problem with the SAGE Network Properties, Sagicor may collect this information in a file specific to you. You may contact Sagicor at Sgj_dataprotection@sagicor.com to request the removal of this information from Sagicor’s database.
4. HOW TO ACCESS AND CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Upon request, Sagicor shall allow Users to update or correct Personal Information previously submitted, but only to the extent, such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Additionally, upon request, Sagicor shall delete Personal Information from the database where such information is stored; however, it may be impossible to entirely delete a User’s entry without some residual information being retained due to the manner in which data backups are maintained. Requests to delete Personal Information shall be submitted at firstname.lastname@example.org
5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Sagicor does not sell, trade or rent Personal Information collected through the SAGE Network Properties to any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sagicor shall: (1) fully co-operate with law enforcement agencies; and (2) may be required to disclose Personal Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA SAGICOR OBTAINS ABOUT YOU?
You have the following rights in relation to your data held by Sagicor:
The right to be informed about the personal data Sagicor holds about you and for what purpose and the recipients of the data;
The right to ask for a copy of the personal data or have access to the personal data and the source of the personal data at a prescribed fee;
The right to have erroneous data about you corrected and to have the data updated;
The right to be informed on how Sagicor is meeting its data protection obligations; and
The right to request that we restrict how we use your personal data except as previously mentioned, where we are obliged by law to disclose. For example, you have the right to request that you want us to use your data for some purposes and not others.
Furthermore, for data collected in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:
Ask for a copy of your data to be sent to a third party;
Ask for data to be erased if possible as required under the GDPR;
Ask for processing of personal information to be restricted if possible as required under

Object to automated decision-making where applicable; and
Contact a supervisory authority in the EEA to lodge a complaint regarding Sagicor’s processing of your personal data.
7. SAFEGUARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sagicor operates secure data networks which comply with the industry standards for information systems security. Sagicor’s security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced and only authorized individuals are permitted to have access to customer data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sagicor cannot guarantee that the data you share will be secure during transmission to our web-servers.
Sagicor’s agreements with third parties require them to use customer data only for the purpose for which it is provided and to maintain the data in strict confidence.
All Sagicor employees receive routine training in maintaining data security and training is supplemented by policies and procedures which are required learning for all staff.
